Expansion, Growth & Big Moves

This year brought some exciting developments for Clutterbuck Insurance Brokers.

✨ Two Office Locations — Toowoomba & Gold Coast

Growing demand from clients across the Darling Downs and Southeast Queensland meant expanding our footprint. With two office locations, we’re now able to support more businesses than ever — while providing the same personalised service we’re known for.

✨ New Toowoomba Office

We briefly expanded into a larger Toowoomba office — a sign of just how quickly things were growing. While an additional move came later, it marked an important chapter of adapting as the business evolved.

✨ A Major Rebrand (and yes… we’re still obsessed)

In April, we launched a refreshed brand identity that truly reflects who we are today: modern, professional, approachable, and client-focused. It’s been one of the most exciting transformations we’ve undergone — and we’re still in love with it.

✨ Continued Recognition — Top 3 Insurance Brokers in Toowoomba (2024 & 2025)

For the second year in a row, we were named one of the Top Three Best Rated Insurance Brokers in Toowoomba.
This recognition means a lot — especially for a business founded in 2023 — and is a testament to the trust our clients place in us every day.

A Big Personal Milestone

On a personal note, Brody and his family made a big move this year — relocating from Toowoomba to the Lockyer Valley.
A fresh chapter, more space for the family, and still close enough to stay actively connected with local clients and events.

Team Growth & Internal Improvements

2025 also saw the onboarding of new team members — strengthening our ability to support clients as demand continued to grow.

Behind the scenes, we refined and improved internal processes, ensuring our service delivery is smoother, faster, and more client-focused than ever.

We also enjoyed a mid-year team-building Christmas party in July, because why wait until December to celebrate? 🎄

A Stronger Focus on Business Insurance

This year, a key shift happened within the business:

From celebrating Queensland Day at Gips Toowoomba, to hosting the Hub BBQ for Community Access Care in February — supporting an organisation making a real difference for local families — each event reminded us why we love being part of this region.

We also continued to stay actively engaged with our business community through ongoing Bx networking events and regular Toowoomba Business Partners breakfasts, which offered valuable opportunities to learn, grow and build relationships with like-minded local businesses.
